A nursery fit for a... err... little man?

Jay's nursery has slowly but surely come
together and is FINALLY complete.
Just in time for him to get here which could be any
day, but I have a bad feeling that he will make us
wait until after his due date. As much as I
would like to have him inherit
my promptness, I have
a feeling I won't be so lucky.

I've really had a blast getting everything together
for the nursery and making it into his own little Man Cave.
If anyone knows Scottie, they know
he loves the outdoors and is ALL boy.
I wanted to decorate the nursery with that
as my inspiration without looking like I purchased everything from
the Duck Dynasty line. I think I've succeeded and am
really happy about how everything turned out,
along with the fact that I didn't spend an arm
and a leg decorating.

Just a few more weeks and we get to fill this room
with our little boy =)
The suspense is killing me!

The wooden monogram is one of my favorite parts of this room.
I ordered it unfinished from Etsy and painted it navy to match
the rug and bedding

I painted this Buck head on to some pallets that
Scottie nailed together for me.

This wooden Snook is a really cool addition
to the nursery- I found it on Etsy!

Scottie had this lamp in his room growing up.
How cool that we can incorporate it
in the nursery!?

I just can't with these shoes. They were too cute NOT
to display

This Pottery Barn rocker is not only totally
adorable, but it was a special gift
from my childhood BFFL and makes
me think of her and the fam
every time I see it

This was another one of my craft projects.
Love this verse.

We found this inexpensive basket for all of the blankets
and sheets at Marshalls.

These numbers turned out great. I'm no Picasso, but those
stripes and polka-dots are
pretty amazing if I do say so myself.

I HAD to have a TV in his room for what I have heard
will be endless hours of feeding.
